Project Overview:

Design, certification and fabrication drawings for the manufacture and installation of two 5T x 36.6m span overhead crane girders and runway bracing for FKG group’s new building.

Solution:

Our team developed detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings, ensuring precise measurements and compatibility with existing systems. Through iterative feedback sessions, we refined the design to meet all safety standards and operational requirements.

Outcome:

The final design was successfully installed and tested to industry standards. After successful load and deflection testing the overhead crane was commissioned for general workshop use.
