With over 20 years of experience across the marine, manufacturing and construction industries, Adam brings extensive hands-on knowledge gained through roles in engineering design, drafting, estimating and project management. Recognising the need for a more personalised and responsive engineering consultancy, Adam established A-Wick Engineering with a simple philosophy: deliver high-quality engineering solutions, communicate clearly and make the design process straightforward for clients. As the company's principal RPEQ/NER engineer, Adam remains directly involved in every project, ensuring clients benefit from consistent technical expertise, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
